About the Course

You'll learn the Strategic Authenticity Framework for making disclosure decisions intentionally. You'll build the Documentation Shield — a five-category system that advances your career and protects against bias simultaneously, including the before-and-after baseline that may be the most important protective step any Trans worker can take. You'll learn to identify and negotiate Trans-specific benefits worth $5,000–$15,000+ per year using scripts designed to protect your privacy. And you'll build power even in hostile environments through external networks, strategic exit planning, and financial resilience. The Catalyst Track includes 12 video lessons, 4 career tools, its own completion certificate, and a dedicated community space. It can be taken alongside Tier 1 or after it.
