Two Course Options. Track 1: Negotiation Basics - Foundational Track Track 2: Catalyst Course - for Trans, nonbinary, genderqueer, genderfluid, Two-Spirit, and gender-expansive professionals. Tier 1 gives you the complete negotiation system — how to build your case, structure the conversation, and get paid what you are worth. The Catalyst Track gives you the identity-specific strategies that make that system actually work when you are navigating disclosure, bias, and workplaces that were not built for you. One teaches you to negotiate. The other makes sure nothing about who you are gets in the way.
